Based in Hereford and operating throughout Herefordshire and the Welsh Borders, Sunderlands was established in 1862 and is an independent firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers

Sunderlands has specialist departments dealing with Agricultural and Rural Land Matters, Residential Property Sales and Lettings.

The firm is synonymous with the County of Hereford and the Rural Community in particular through its farming contacts. It is proud to continue to serve both its agricultural and residential property clients in a professional and personal manner.

It has a prime City centre office in St Peters Square from where it conducts its residential and agricultural business. In addition the firm also runs Talgarth Livestock Market on the Welsh Borders.
